Wonderful experience. Great office and staff.
Dr Kaely is confident, knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant. After doing a very thorough health history, and evaluation of my gum recession she then took the time to answer all of my questions regarding upcoming gingival graft. Very impressed with her and her office staff Julie, Alex, Cassie, and Martha. Warm and welcoming I could tell they are truly concerned about what’s best for me as the patient.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Janice Kaeley. From my visit, it was clear that patient care was not a priority. The consultation felt rushed, my concerns were dismissed, and I did not receive the level of professionalism or expertise I expected from a medical practitioner. Great office, excellent staff, and very happy with Dr.Kaeley. She was thorough and explained everything well. Even followed up with me in the evening after the surgery to see how I was doing. Highly recommend this office and Dr.Kaeley.
As a response to you Janice… You asked my husband to pay for the service upfront so you could give him an appointment date and on the day of, you turned him away and said you couldn’t see him and never gave him the chance to reschedule.
