Got my car back yesterday and i was amazed. They went over and above, their wokmanship was brilliant. My car came back absolutely pristine. Thankyou Gia, Alfonso and the rest of the team. You guys are exceptional at what you do and your customer service is 'hitherto unheard'
I had my Ford Ranger repaired at Progressive, whilst my insurer was awful and took almost seven weeks to approve the repairs Progressive themselves were great? Took a while because of parts delays from OS but the repairs were top shelf and my car was presented to me in first class condition. Communication could improve a bit but other than that highly recommended.
