Bought a day pass in hopes of finding a new powerlifting gym, but was definitely underwhelmed visiting. The gym doesn’t look like the photos- needs some serious deep cleaning and someone to come in and arrange the equipment in a layout the makes sense. Lots of odd open spaces. I was also surprised at how old a lot of the equipment is (specifically accessory equipment) and no treadmills or stair masters. Visited from out of town. Good powerlifting eqpt - all calibrated plates. Day passes available AND belts to borrow. Makes it ideal for anyone visiting that can’t bring all their gear. Friendly atmosphere for non members
Paid a visit to POD while on the road for work, great powerlifting equipment and vibes!
Great gym for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting all at a very affordable price.
This gym seemed abandoned and was a complete mess. Seriously do not come here, the photos are so deceiving, and the benches were ripped entirely. Online it states that they have top equipment, but in reality they have one eleiko bar and the rest is completely janky. It seems like no one has come to clean this place up in over a year. Save your time and energy and go to a different gym.
