TERRIBLE professionalism from the front desk, I came in for an appointment and right off the bat received a terrible attitude and I didn’t say anything disrespectful like whoever hurt the front desk people feelings didn’t need to be put onto a NEW patient. When I sat I quickly went back to the front to confirm the provider I was seeing and she was on her personal phone and said “what” with a attitude, at that point I know that this is not the best office. This was my first time going to this office. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. From the time I arrived until the time I left, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, patience & the best care. I was treated by Dr. Pezzollo. He was so reassuring, answered all my questions & put me at ease. I highly recommend this office.
Highly recommend, had 3 wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Panagos and his team were so amazing!
