Worst medical office I’ve ever experienced office staff is rude, you can’t get an appointment because they leave the phone off of the hook and I was straight out lied to when I left a message for the Dr. I was told that in was called back. Really? My cell phone says otherwise. My son’s PCP and IEHP tried calling and can’t get through. Honestly have been calling for weeks and no luck.
I've been calling for at least 2 weeks to schedule an appointment with my referral and the only time the phone is answered is when they are closed or on lunch with a message saying to call back during business hours. Otherwise, the phone line is busy. No business is that busy that often and if they are, they generally let you leave a message, at least. Ridiculous!
I have been attempting to call and it never goes through. I have filled out contact request on their website twice and they have not reached back. My daughter got a referral for this place and it’s going to expire. Please fix your phone line!!!
Spoke with The Dr Karandevdick Rai totally dismissed the issue with his Staff Stephanie with the pink highlights and Christine who seems to be in charge just a little something they brutalized my daughter then discontinued care when we complained about what has transpired in the office since COVID shut down the office in turn went down hill with disrespectful staff up front and Stephanie and Christine the Son dr condones all behaviors of this practice how is that you can manhandle a patient complain then starting denying car... read more
