I am just leaving this office and I wanted to give a review. The doctor is amazing. I really enjoyed working with her for my appointment however I did not like the receptionist any of them. They made me feel like a number and it feel like a robotic machine, and it seemed like they’ve said the same thing over and over to a million patient’s that it did not feel personable or welcoming with no warmth or personality behind their words just ID and insurance and sit down, and I did not enjoy dealing with them whatsoever.
Any place with under 3 stars is a huge red flag for me. I have a TBI and several other injuries. I can’t address any of my other injuries until I’m cleared by neurology. They can’t see me here until October. I’m calling to see if anything else has opened up, but everytime I call them it’s a ridiculous hold time. It seems to me like they intentionally ignore the phone so that you hold until close and they can just shut off the phones. I came to leave a review for Dr Shadi Milani and I am in disbelief at the negative reviews for this office. I absolutely LOVED dr Milani. She is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Today was my 2nd visit . She was probably my favorite neurologist I have ever had. I was also totally happy with the office staff. No issues what so ever.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mom has been going to this location with Dr. Karandevdick. He shouldn’t even be called a doctor. He’s very rude and prescribes unnecessary medication without knowing the full details of his patients. My mom has been struggling with seizures that have caused severe head injuries and all HE wants to do is prescribe meds without trying to do a full panel and tells her to increase her dosage.
