Busy place, but the one legitimate sleep center I've been able to find in the inland empire so thats expected. Top notch service, prompt and courteous and on time. Thats rare post covid.

I am just leaving this office and I wanted to give a review. The doctor is amazing. I really enjoyed working with her for my appointment however I did not like the receptionist any of them. They made me feel like a number and it feel like a robotic machine, and it seemed like they’ve said the same thing over and over to a million patient’s that it did not feel personable or welcoming with no warmth or personality behind their words just ID and insurance and sit down, and I did not enjoy dealing with them whatsoever.

Any place with under 3 stars is a huge red flag for me. I have a TBI and several other injuries. I can’t address any of my other injuries until I’m cleared by neurology. They can’t see me here until October. I’m calling to see if anything else has opened up, but everytime I call them it’s a ridiculous hold time. It seems to me like they intentionally ignore the phone so that you hold until close and they can just shut off the phones.
