I’m trying to get a hold of Neurology in Riverside off of Riverwalk to talk to someone about my sleeping results never received a phone call from anybody or the doctor.I’ve been calling for the last two months and there’s been a recording and I never can get through😠
The employees at the reception area are very unprofessional. Never call back, never communicate about the appointment process and payments. Dr. Shadi was nice tho.
The receptionist is extremely rude and has a hostile attitude. They’re impossible to get a hold of as no one answers the phone. I was hung up on several times because I asked her if she could fix her attitude and tone when speaking with a patient. I am a nurse myself and her professionalism is a 0. I will be asking my physician to refer me elsewhere.
Wonderful associates. Call times are sometimes a bit slow but very helpful.
