Busy place, but the one legitimate sleep center I've been able to find in the inland empire so thats expected. Top notch service, prompt and courteous and on time. Thats rare post covid.
I am just leaving this office and I wanted to give a review. The doctor is amazing. I really enjoyed working with her for my appointment however I did not like the receptionist any of them. They made me feel like a number and it feel like a robotic machine, and it seemed like they’ve said the same thing over and over to a million patient’s that it did not feel personable or welcoming with no warmth or personality behind their words just ID and insurance and sit down, and I did not enjoy dealing with them whatsoever.

I came to leave a review for Dr Shadi Milani and I am in disbelief at the negative reviews for this office. I absolutely LOVED dr Milani. She is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Today was my 2nd visit . She was probably my favorite neurologist I have ever had. I was also totally happy with the office staff. No issues what so ever.
