Wow. Very professional from checking in to leaving. Super receptionist. PA came in exam room joyfull and smiling. Totally listened to me and returned educated possible answers to my issues.
Dr referred me here. I booked an appt 3 mths out. They called and pushed it to the 4th month but added me to cancelation list. I was since at 1 month instead. I got to my appt early. I was seen early and out before my appt time. Dr explained what was going on and made sure I was ok.
My doctor was so calm and reassuring, she made me comfortable despite my unsettling medical issues. She seemed genuinely caring and empathetic, which is hard to come by .
