We have been trying to get infusions approved for my father in law since early June. We have left over 10 messages this week and don’t get a call back. The infusion center has also called and no reply. It is almost 3 months later and the process is being dragged out way too long.
Very bad experience would not recommended them doctor never met him staff was absolutely rude and they were keeping me from talking to the doctor don't they know it's his reputation they are putting on the line wish I would have spoken to him but as I said the staff worked very well as a team keeping me from talking to him I would not trust their work ethics at all do your self a favor if u get to speak to the doctor let him know about his rating not his fault it's the staff I don't trust.WARNING
