I had a video appointment with Dr Kakkar and he advised me to take an EMG test. First of all, they never called me back after the test. I called them back to see next steps and find out what blood tests I needed to have. The office will not have the physician call me back unless I make an appointment with them again. This is horrible.....a real question of patient rights here! I am only trying to find out directions and they won't even let me speak to the Doctor.
