I just want to thank Brett and the entire team at Progressive Mobility for keeping me strong, mobile, and healthy throughout my senior season. Week in and week out, Brett has helped me take care of my body, recover, and prepare to perform at my best. As I get ready for the next level, I can truly say the work we’ve put in has made a difference. Brett has helped immensely with my hip and back issues using dry needle technique and stretches / exercises. He is diligent about researching specific techniques to help with my hip and back. I have made a lot of progress and my pain has subsided.
Took the time to understand what was going on, created a treatment plan, and measured progress along the way to make sure I was improving. If you want a team that cares about how you’re doing, this is the group!
