I was skeptical at 1st But Jen Wallace and her team have helped improve mobility and pain through needling, cupping, stretching and other techniques! Highly recommend this they can help you in many ways, save you money and in some cases prevent surgery or other procedures
I came to Progessive Mobilty for hip strengthening prior to scheduled surgery. Now 4 months later, I am back to pain free activities that used to cause pain and surgery has been cancelled.
