When my daughter needed physical therapy for a back injury, I was initially told by a pediatric PT that it would be months before she could even get an evaluation. Jenn runs a great PT practice. I've been to many in my years where they just follow a script and put you through the steps. At Progressive, they actually listen to what's hurting and what you'd like to do beyond just stop the pain (ie. get more turn in your golf backswing). Highly recommend this group!
Gracie is amazing at what she does. I’ve had a lot of massages before, but her deep tissue sports massage is on another level. She really knows how to find the problem spots and work them out without making it feel rushed or overly intense. Super professional but also really easy to talk to. I always leave feeling way better than when I walked in. Highly recommend her if you train, work out a lot, or just need a solid reset.
