Fired after I covered my shift and never missed a day. Scheduler screamed at me. Covered for others but refused to help. Forced me to go in knowing my daughter was in contact with someone who had COVID and forced me to work with concussion.
PLS was a great place to work for the 3 years I lived in North Branch. The residents were great people and I actually enjoyed going to work. I wish I could keep working here but I moved out of the area.
No validation here. One person is given it. They do not understand or can comprehend disorders like Bipolar. It’s a mental health disorder.. you’d think they’d get it right? But no. They only want to see “easily” handled mental illnesses. I’m at my breaking point living here. I get no VALIDATION. For anything. And my mania/hypomaina has increased drastically because of this.
