Payments for unknown services were made to this law firm from my brother in 2022, who has an intellectual disability and was financially exploited by individuals he trusted. The lawyer is also representing those individuals in the financial exploitation matter. Despite repeated requests, the firm has refused to provide any accounting, invoices, or explanation for the payments to my brother or to the Law Society of Manitoba.
Victor Olson and Felicita Ovadje are definitely the worst family lawyers I have ever come across. Victor is a lawyer who makes you comfortable believing he will help your case with a calm demeanor and patient listening. Despite charging almost $400 an hour for every single thing, even as little as making a copy of your documents, he will make sure your file will drag on and on and on while you keep topping up his retainer and he does nothing. My lawyer here never took my case handed it over to a different lawyer and now the phone number is no longer in service And I can't get ahold of any lawyer at this ferm Been dealing with this for almost 3 years
