Neighbor complaining about new fence being on his property line after Surveyor marked boundaries 2 years ago. Tried to get surveyor to come and remark boundaries and sort out with neighbor and to recheck his work. He promised to come and couldn’t find rods first time and said he would be back next day to measure from the street. He never came back and hasn’t returned calls.
