Very professional. Customer service is great with real people! Crew was right on time for my appointment and pleasant.
Their employee was supposed to do the spring service for our sprinklers. He charged us more than double the fee, without seeking approval or letting us know that additional work was needed. I would not have authorized or approved the repairs performed, but was not given a choice. When we called the company, they refused to have any discussion about a refund or even a credit for future service. They are NOT a professional company and we will look for help elsewhere.
I’ve called a couple times and each time they hung up mid conversation, very upsetting with their work, I will not do business again with this company and I do not recommend this business for future orders
Absolutely terrible customer service. They mislead you into thinking they know what they are doing. Charge you for things that don’t need to be fixed, essentially stealing and costing you more money in the long run. Then when you call to get it resolved, you get on the line with KELLY “operations manager” whose customer service is atrocious. Nobody that speaks to any customer as she does should be employed at that high of a level. Garbage.
