The company was great before it was bought out by Progressive. Extremely poor customer service. I have made 4 phone calls to resolve a billing issue since June 2, and still have not received a call back. I have already arranged service with a different company going forward.

I do not recommend this company. While our service last year was great for our turn on and off, this year has been nothing short of frustrating. After calling in May for a sprinkler turn on appointment, we were scheduled for mid-June. The technician showed up 3 hours after the expected window and I had to call the office for an update. We needed additional work done as the technician that showed up Friday at 5 couldn’t complete it, which was no big deal. Horrible company. They lie about when they are coming, which they never did, never called or apologized. Just one excuse after another. Never return phone calls, but they are willing to take your money. The absolute worst company!!! If there was a negative rating I would definitely use it.

Their employee was supposed to do the spring service for our sprinklers. He charged us more than double the fee, without seeking approval or letting us know that additional work was needed. I would not have authorized or approved the repairs performed, but was not given a choice. When we called the company, they refused to have any discussion about a refund or even a credit for future service. They are NOT a professional company and we will look for help elsewhere.
