Had a small rock chip contacted claims via the app because you can’t speak to a real person. Was set up with Safelite to repair. Technician was 45 minutes late than broke my windshield and wants me to pay. If this is how they handle a small claim I’m afraid to see what happens when I really need them. I worked over 35 years for a competitor insurance company. Over 24 of those in claims. This type of horrendous customer service would have gotten me fired.

Terrible company to deal with if one of their customers is the cause of an auto accident. Poor communication and red tape to go through when it should be an easy procss to complete.
Very nice people and did a good job. It's taken time to receive the payment from aaa insurance though
