Rude & unprofessional. I've had progressive off and on since 2006. And today I was talked to very unprofessionally by TWO claims "specialists ". If a car is driving reckless in front of you & and causes a MINOR accident, don't have progressive. They will automatically say you're at fault (even if they don't use a turn signal). Progressive believes that not signaling a turn is ok, and that "you shouldn't follow too close" at a RED LIGHT! Bunch of morans. Avoid this claims team if you value communication. My experience with Tillmesha Ball has been a disaster. If you get assigned to Tillmesha, request a new adjuster or a supervisor immediately because you won't get any answers here.
This company will fight your claim every which Way possible, especially when it's their insured at fault. This was absolutely the worst insurance claim I ever had to deal with.
