If I could, I would give less than 1 star.. Let me just start by addressing that the insurance industry is nothing but a big scam and a poor solution to a big problem.. Spending thousands of dollars every year (I'm my case months) to cover accidents I don't get into.. It's a "just in case something does happen" money that I never get to see again, meanwhile, I can't even afford going to a dentist, which is more essential than a "just in case" scenario.. Dear Progressive Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent issue with my car insurance billing. My monthly bill is due on the 13th, but due to my paycheck being received on the 15th, I was slightly late in making a payment. Deceptive trade practices abound with this company. Thanks for the awful experience. Be warned do not do business with progressive.
10 DAYS in with Progressive Auto and I mistakenly setup my auto pay with the wrong number on my checking account. Found out today they were threatening to cancel. So I jumped on and seen the issue. I immediately fixed the issue and called to see if they would remove the $20 returned fee. They said, "nope, you're too new to help you." This is not a good image for Progressive. I am going to banter this company into bankruptcy. Good luck, finding another provider.
