I have been with Progressive since 2014 and today am pulling my 2 car policies, my renters policy, and (in process of buying a home) cancelling my almost-finalized homeowners policy with Progressive due to their absolute abysmal communication, professionalism, and ability to do their one job. Can't believe it. I have used progressive off and on for various vehicles and motorcycles since 2016. I have never filed a claim before now. My wife who is a driver on our insurance was in an accident, and they won't cover anything. They denied the claim because she was delivering a door dash order. How do you accept money from a person for 8 years and then deny the ONLY CLAIM they have ever submitted.
I’ve contacted these people through email multiple times, waited almost two weeks for a quote. Nothing.. don’t use this company. They will screw you over no matter what
