Progressive said my refund would come within 12 days in the mail. Never came. I called them after 12 days after.The customer service said ,”they just printed it out and mailed it.”It’s annoying. She said it will take another five to seven days.
I had a travel trailer broken into and they told me it was wear and tear. I'm so mad and will be cancelling my policy with them. How is a window awning bent back from ppl breaking in wear and tear. Guess police report doesn't mean anything......scammers
Good place to work. Good people. The company has pretty good employee focus as far as call centers go. Love all you guys! For everyone else, the pay is not bad, and the work is fairly easy with as much hand holding as you need to get going. If you are burnt on call center work, I wouldn't recommend it.
