This Program Changed My Life Going to this intensive outpatient program was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. The staff made me feel comfortable and supported from the start, and I never felt judged. Reaching out for help can be terrifying. If you’re struggling, this is the place to reach out too. This place is filled with kindness, acceptance, and a safe space. Not only by the staff, but by the other clients too.
There are definitely issues. Turnover is the worst I’ve seen at any place. They switched their commuter system like 6~ months ago and it’s just broken. I’ve gone through three therapists in a year because of the turnover. The people I’ve met in the relapse prevention groups are why I continue to go. We have great discussions, everyone helps each other work through issues, and most of all there is no judgement whatsoever.
