I was recently diagnosed with CPTSD. I started doing A.R.T. Accelerated Resolution Therapy which first responders use. I was also seeing Nancy for talk therapy. I was making great progress with both of them. Nancy continually told me how well I was doing and how proud she was. Progressive Institute is an excellent IOP program. It is highly structured but they also personalize things for patients based on their specific needs. The therapists are top notch and the group IOP setting creates a wonderful atmosphere for healing and growth. Highly recommend.
