I had to take my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and as usual it was in before my scheduled time and finished within a normal time so upon leaving I had to return to the service department to take the paper floor mat back to dispose of it and had to complain about the greasy footprints that were on the carpet and someone needed to clean up that area,the lady at the service department came out and opened the door to the truck and said that's not acceptable and cleaned it up so I thanked her again for help in fixi... read more
