I think progress insurance is just money hungry company! The commercial are all lies!!! Never once do they care about you the customer unless they are taking your money. My feels are truly hurt, and never thought they of all people/company would lie to me force me to go to another insurance company to later say say the other Representative was mistaken and if you would have use the right words this wouldn't have happened. Awesome group of highly skilled and well-equipped educators/operators. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend training with you guys and getting my TCCC certification 08/12-13.
Took my CCW course 3 June 17 with Mike up at Clark County shooting range. As a former LEO this could have been a long boaring 8 hour day but Mike took rather dry material and made it fun and interesting. Had a great time on the range as well. I was very impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile in regards to information training or advice. You have a customer for life.
