JUST FYI - In case you're wondering, the reason you don't see lots of new 5-star reviews for Progressive Fitness has NOTHING to do with the quality of this amazing gym and staff. Great place for PT the staff was very great and encouraging Josh is a great trainer and always was able to help me recover from my knee surgery If you need PT this is the place to go it is very cllean and doesn’t smell like others I looked into Thank you all

Absolutely LOVE this quiet gym; the atmosphere of intimidation is non existent! David has been helping me through post traumatic arthritis that developed after knee surgery. He continously listens to my every word, pays close attention to the way my body moves and reacts, and is so knowledgeable about the body/recovery/exercise.
