I was calling to see why I havent received my insurance cards in the mail, & a supervisor by the name ***** told me obviously something is wrong with my mail, instead of saying Ill mail you out new ones. She was going back and forth with me how I sign up for paperless. All I wanted was some insurance papers just in case I needed to provide them to any one.
