This office is horribly slow and very rude and unprofessional. There are some receptionists that are nice but most are not!! Just because they changed their name from Progressive doesn't change the staff. Good luck but stay FAR away if all possible.

I called seeking help to a somewhat urgent condition, and to become a new patient. She took all of my information and said it would be about 2days before I heard back from a Dr. Never recieved a call back, and it's been over a week.

If I could give this place a zero star ZERO …I would I don’t recommend anyone choosing this place as their family practice, worst team ever, I’ve had my appointments cancelled, I recently had and appt with them and called them to let them know that I would be a few minutes late a drive from Shiloh to Waterloo and they were inconsiderate they went ahead and said okay once I arrived they were like sorry we can’t see u this is my 4th appointment to be canceled this is the most unprofessional practice I’ve ever seen 000000000000... read more

I started experiencing spells of chronic pain in my early 30's and struggled to find a GP who took me seriously because of my age. PFC took the time to run the necessary tests to discover that I do in fact suffer from inflammatory arthritis and other spinal related issues people my age wouldn't normally have.
