I have a signed contract and I paid $1,000.00 on October 15, 2021. After many calls and a couple of actual conversations with them, as of today April 18, 2022, no work has been started and no refund has been issued. It has been six months of no help from Progressive Energy Solutions.
I would highly recommend Progressive to everyone. They were professional. No high pressure sales. Just the facts. I knew what was going up on my roof before I signed anything. They are not the cheapest but then good quality workmanship never is. The installers could not of been any more helpful and because this was installed right after Christmas they were on the roof so they pulled down the Christmas lights for me, as a single mom I pay to have the lights put up and removed every year, progressive removed them for free.
