April cant seem to handle a simple inquiry. I call and immediately get accused of being a solicitor for having something other then a 651 area code. I knew it was a confusion and offered to let her know why I was calling. She then continued to call me a solicitor. Working in customer service I get random calls all the time but to act like that looks bad on the company your answering the phones for. Especially when you are told " can i let you know why im calling before you say that?"
I would highly recommend this great team. I had attic insulation blown in and was amazed how hard they worked and how clean they left the work site. I highly recommend their services.
I would highly recommend this hard working group. We had our attic insulation blown, attic sealed up, garage attic blown and garage walls blown. There was a couple little issues along the way but these folks came back and made things right. I feel they went above and beyond. For my next project they will be called!
Just had my attic insulated. The crew and service were top notch! Prompt, hard working and very friendly to work with. Would definitely recommend using this company!
The bidding process and work went just fine. But they grossly overstated the amount of rebate money we would get from Xcel and then the owner was unresponsive when we attempted to come to a fair resolution. As a result their error left us paying $1500 more than we were expecting. Double check with Xcel before you trust their rebate estimate.
