A Big Shout-out to David! I recently had the pleasure of working with Progressive Dynamics to resolve an issue I was facing with one of their converters. I wanted to use my PD4135KW2B with a LiFePO battery. Newer models have a switch to change from Lead Acid to Lithium, but mine being manufactured in 2020 did not have the switch. This required me to remove a wire and add a jumper. David instructed me how to do this and sent me the jumper (free of charge).
