Excellent support from this shop dealing with several mechanical issues on our Ranger Tug's Volvo Penta D4 300 during our recent trip to the Broughtons. The second issue required a water taxi to bring a mechanic and parts to Lagoon Cove due to stuck ZF transmission. Everything was sorted out! Thanks to Kendra and Michael for saving my bacon!
I came up Island to see family and had my starter give up on the first day of my trip, I came to Progressive Diesel on Monday morning with a strong request, and they delivered. They got me in with a full schedule already on the books. Wayne, Kendra, and Steve and the rest of the guys were great to deal with and got the job done quickly and a very fair market price. Strongly recommended!
Ok folks let me tell you of an amazing experience I had at Progressive Diesel. Several weeks ago I was on an extreme dead line to get my vehicle to Port Hardy. Unfortunately I had a fairly significant break down enroute and called Progressive Diesel half an hour before their closing time. They asked me to swing by their shop and they would have a look.
