I can't help but notice the 1-star reviews and didn't think it correctly painted the picture of this testing facility. We have used this testing site several times and although at times it was difficult to get an appointment when tests were in very high demand, the staff were always very helpful and professional. The individual administering the tests has always been a great help and is great when dealing with children
