Took kids here twice. Both times they failed to provide results within the promised timeframe. Also, that didn’t supplu a registration ID code, so it’s impossible to log in to find results. We had to email and call numerous times for them to understand and sort out their mistake. So now we’re still waiting for results which should have arrived days ago and which we need for medical reasons tomorrow. Go here if you don’t need a reliable, timely test. Or basically go anywhere else.
Covid testing provided by the Progressive was not fully covered by Cigna insurance. Avoid it unless you do not mind to pay out-of-pocket. Lesson learned: Perform Covid testing at CVS/Walgreens pharmacies to avoid hidden cost and surprising bill. Issue background: Performed Covid testing provided by the Progressive team at a church in Wilton called Our Lady of Fatima.
