By far, the worst medical facility experience that I have ever encountered. We arrived at 11:15, as instructed to for an 11:30 appointment. We were there to receive x-rays to bring to my back surgeon so that we could discuss options for alleviating the debilitating and excruciating back pain that I was in. Nice bright waiting room. Friendly receptionist, very helpful with my paperwork. I had a 9am appt. My wait time was under 10 minutes. I was really anxious to get in the MRI machine. Id thought about not going through with it but Donna was so calming and reassuring. She kept me relaxed for the thirty minutes I was in the machine. Suprisingly, it was over in no time. Great experience!
What an amazing facility. I was so anxious about getting a MRI, I was scared even knowing it was an open Mri. I called and Jeannette who answered the phone was so nice she told me don’t worry that I’ll be fine, she was so reassuring that I walked in to my appointment without a Xanax. Donna the technician was unbelievable. She was calming me down and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I was in tears but she took her time to make me feel relaxed. Recently had an open MRI done at this facility in Riverdale, NJ. I am extremely claustrophobic and even though there were some restrictions involved with the procedure that I hadn't anticipated, the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable that I got through my MRI with no issues. I am so grateful for their patience, care and professionalism and would highly recommend Progressive Diagnostic Imaging to anyone needing any form of imaging. Every time I have been here it was a pleasure. Every person from the patient coordinators, Jeannette, K, new girl were great. Also the young lady that performed my MRI was also great. Management should be very happy with the staff.
I think the people there r fantastic, I would definitely recommend this place!
