I have been a patient at Progressive Dentistry for nearly 20 years and have always had positive experiences—until my most recent visit. After my cleaning, I noticed a chip in my tooth. When I brought this to the attention of both the hygienist and Dr. Levy, they were adamant that the chip had been there prior to the appointment.
