The staff were very courteous and helpful at the Strathroy location. Michelle helped us select a beautiful and colour matching product to suit our needs. We added a sink with a grid and a waterfall edge. The template technician, Nick explained to us where the seam would be and confirmed that our prep work was done correctly. Progressive staff in Walkerton, Kelsey, was very helpful in helping us choose our new countertop, sink and tap. Nick who came to measure the template was on time and very quick. And finally, the installation was dome efficiently and according to schedule. Thanks again.
Couldn't recommend Progressive Countertops enough, from the showroom in London to the yard/showroom in Strathroy all the staff were super helpful. Pricing was very competitive and the install was quick! Def suggest a visit to Strathroy to look at the remnants collection before opting for new slabs.
London office, the staff couldn’t be bothered to get up from their desk, likewise contacting them by phone to get an estimate, they were rude and unhelpful. We were looking for quartz counters for 2 homes and ended up going to a smaller company that didn’t require an 85% deposit before doing anything. Would not recommend
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Progressive Countertop (Strathroy Location) installed new granite countertop & full height backsplash in my kitchen & 4" backsplash with new granite countertop for my bathroom.
