Good paintwork, horrible customer service after a having an electrical problems in our subaru Outback. The car looked great,but we had a battery drain right after the accident,Which left us broke down several times in just a 2 week period. They towed it to their shop, but then said it wasn't due to their work. The car was perfect before the accident They didnt want to own the problem and passed it off to Diehls subaru to be diagnosed. They did a great job on our subaru outback. Great customer service, easy process and made our car like new again. They made it all easy and didnt have to deal with our insurance too much. Quick turnaround on our repairs. I'd use them again.
From drop-off to pick-up, the entire team was incredibly friendly. Dennis took the time to reassure me that all necessary precautions would be taken—something I really appreciated since my vehicle is a brand-new model. Dustin was prompt, professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He got the estimate to insurance quickly and updated me every step of the way.
