Lady at counter was very rude.
I've been taking my cars to Progressive for some time now, always fast and efficient service. This last time they found a large screw in one tire. They charged a reasonable price and repaired it the right way by taking the tire off the rim, sealing it from the inside and rebalancing the tire. Their attention to detail probably saved me a roadside breakdown. Thank you Progressive! Like Arnold says "I'll be back."
I received a coupon in the mail for them which they accepted and saved me $9 on a full synthetic oil change. Be aware that many Valvoline coupons that you get in email are not honored at this privately owned station. They performed the oil change in less than 10 minutes. That was very quick. If you live on Marco Island it is a great option for your oil changes.
