The company was very straightforward and easy to work with. The house they built is awesome! I love that they went over all of the important things with us, in addition to the security that we can get anything squared away if we notice something after moving in. Great company to work with!
Cheap quality builders looking to squeeze all the money out of your pockets. We have lived in our home build by Progressive Builders since 2021. Called them many times to come out and repair leaks coming from our vents in the bathroom, lights that went out in a matter of months (the first year living in the house), cracks in the walls and so on. I would never bought a Progressive Home if I would have known about how they built it. There were 2 builders in our development. I have walked through the other builders homes after 2 years and saw minimal work like the normal wall cracks and nail pops. My home after 2 years ( Progressive Home Builders only warranty after 1 year only.) I have still cracking massive amount of nail pops and parts of my ceiling falling. I have called and no response.
