We recently purchased a home built by Progressive Builders. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the home—it feels well built, clean, and thoughtfully finished. During the final walk-through, the Pro Builders representative took the time to go through the house with us and our agent, carefully explaining details we might need to know and reviewing all of the warranty paperwork to ensure everything was in order. Three years ago we bought our new construction Progressive Build. This is our first home, of course we were thrilled. Well, that didn’t last long. We have had SO MANY issues, and new ones being noticed daily. Sharp staples on the edging of the carpet which my children have caught and bled from, nails popping out EVERYWHERE in the wall because they did not correctly mud over it. The company was very straightforward and easy to work with. The house they built is awesome! I love that they went over all of the important things with us, in addition to the security that we can get anything squared away if we notice something after moving in. Great company to work with!
