Three years ago we bought our new construction Progressive Build. This is our first home, of course we were thrilled. Well, that didn’t last long. We have had SO MANY issues, and new ones being noticed daily. Sharp staples on the edging of the carpet which my children have caught and bled from, nails popping out EVERYWHERE in the wall because they did not correctly mud over it. The company was very straightforward and easy to work with. The house they built is awesome! I love that they went over all of the important things with us, in addition to the security that we can get anything squared away if we notice something after moving in. Great company to work with!
Cheap quality builders looking to squeeze all the money out of your pockets. We have lived in our home build by Progressive Builders since 2021. Called them many times to come out and repair leaks coming from our vents in the bathroom, lights that went out in a matter of months (the first year living in the house), cracks in the walls and so on.
