Arik's team worked on a full kitchen remodel and layout flip. They moved the sink to face the backyard, shifted the range wall, and removed two flanking columns, opening up a direct path to the dining room. We added a large island with bar seating and new task lighting throughout. Cabinets were done in white oak veneer with flush hardware. The kitchen functions better now and feels like part of the rest of the home.

Building a large custom home in Los Angeles means navigating plenty of details. Ron helped us through that from day one. The home totaled 5,600 sq. ft. and included six bedrooms, a home office, and a double-height entry with clerestory windows. We built a guest granny flat that turned our great. Ron's crew took on the job and saw it through from start to finish. The layout included one bed, a bathroom, and a small living space. The floor plan was laid out in the first week, and every construction phase moved fast after that. I loved how the team stayed on-site daily and didn't leave loose ends.

When we needed more space after having twins, Arik from Progressive Builders took the lead and made things simple for us. His team added a second-floor section with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a play area. They improved some sections of the foundation to hold the extra weight and added new columns and steel beams. We wanted a home gym and storage space without turning the garage into a mess. Ron and Sharon recommended a large side addition that blended into the existing home. They extended the slab, added block walls, and framed in wide double doors for easier access. Inside, they ran new power lines and installed built-in shelving. It’s now used for everything that we needed. The best part is how beautiful it looks. The team stayed on top of the details and did everything perfectly.
