We extended the footprint by almost 600 sq. ft. to create space for a large master bedroom and bathroom. That required full excavation, a new slab, and steel columns to carry the load over the old exterior wall. There were HVAC and plumbing extensions, as well as some rerouting, that had to be carefully coordinated. The builder managed to keep it on track and within inspection windows. We now have a space that functions like its own wing and ties cleanly into the rest of the home.

Natural light was one of our biggest priorities, so we spent extra time reviewing window placement before construction began. That planning paid off because every main living area gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The new home includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an open floor plan that works really well for our family. Nothing feels crowded, and every room serves a purpose. We are very happy with how everything came together.

We wanted to improve how the kitchen connected to the rest of the home. They widened the doorway and adjusted part of the wall to improve the transition between the kitchen and dining area. That required some structural work and the crew did a brilliant job. Once that was complete, the kitchen layout was redesigned to include more counter space and better storage. The changes were not extreme, but they made a noticeable difference in how the space is used on a daily basis.

We kept the kitchen in the same location but changed almost everything about its layout. The old setup wasted space and made storage difficult. During the remodel, cabinets were extended higher, and drawers were added where possible. Some electrical work was needed to support new lighting. After everything was installed, the kitchen became much easier to use and more organized.
