This is a decent company to work for, I haven't been here long and I've learned a lot and I've taught others a lot of things.I love my participants that I work with. We strive to help our participants live their daily lives and work towards them Living on their own or as on their own as they can. I love the staff that I work with.
Great place Compasionite , caring kind, listens to client and staffs needs
Do not leave people you care about with progressive as good as some staff are the management's management is selfish and doesn't care about the harm being done to clients staff and middle management
I was the QIDP here for just short of a year. They're racist and overwork everyone. You're expected to work 72s or more. Understaffed and poor management. This place is a joke.
Can't recommend this company.
