This company lies and steals from there participants and their verbally abusive to clients... they use a very threatening tone please do not go to this company they don't treat anyone faily
The fact that I was on a video call with my cousin that attends this program, the staff member he has was absolutely REFUSING to take him to get antibiotics for a life-threatening infection he has AND WOULD NOT TAKE HIM TO COME DO LAUNDRY HERE because the staff didn’t want dirty clothes in his car. He wouldn’t have dirty clothes if they'd fix the washer and dryer that’s at his place. Linda the case manager is a JOKE. She does absolutely NOTHING. I was a participant there and it was hell but I moved to a new company and it so much better in the new company than PBS.
They don’t care about there clients they treat them as kids and they should be shut down for that bc it is legal to do that to people
I haven't even started the program yet they gave me my apartment keys but I haven't moved into my apartment yet and I'm still waiting it's getting ridiculous having to wait so long not to happy with the staff and they haven't fixed the hole in my apartment!
