Had a oil cooler replaced here last spring and it requires a coolant flush and replace. But they not only didnt put the correct fluid in, they didnt flush the system first. When HOAT and OAT coolant mixes it degrades and turns into a gel. Guess who needs a new motor now?
Eddie performed a pre-purchase inspection for us today for a car my son was purchasing. He worked us in quickly, treated us like long time friends of the family, was very kind and thorough in his findings and explanations, and extremely fair in his pricing. His kindness and genuine posture of wanting to help us was refreshing and very uncommon. We are out-of-towners and only regret that Progressive Auto Works isn't closer to our home!
