They remove their 1 star reviews. To keep it short since they also restricted peoples reviews. They will not request information about the vehicle, they will them recommend services that have been done in the past 4000km/4 months and will also not double check what the recommended oil levels for a specific vehicle is (they overfilled my cars oil by .5L).
