I have called them a couple of times looking for Parts one time they were able to supply with a part and the other time just today in fact, they were able to source out apart through their network and find me a location that would have the part that I needed fantastic people to talk to and work with highly recommend them
Been going to progressive for years the guys are knowledge able and very helpful reasonable prices also
When I called these guys, I asked for used parts and was told they didn’t have what I needed but could order in 3-5 business days so assumed I was getting new. $10 more for a fan than at Piston Ring for new but I figured no big deal. Parts I got are used and one piece of plastic damaged on the fan shroud but didn’t see that until I unpacked at home. Charged me new price based on comparison with Rock Auto.
