I've been with Progressive for 7 years. I've never once had my rates increased, in fact I was able to decrease them by $25 a month. You choose what you pay for. I was also recently in an accident and they got me my money fast and fair. Very pleased with Progressive's service.
Basically a scam, they'll lure you in with low rates, then increase your rates afterwards and charge you fees for canceling the policy. Beware!
