Car alarm/key fob and customer service review- 12 out of 10, and that’s not even saying enough. It was obvious right away that they were very knowledgeable about what they do, and what they are capable of. But these guys are over-the-top kind. These guys are second to none. They have done the installs in my previous 4 vehicles over the last few decades and will be doing the 5th. There is no other shop in Medford to even consider going to. This is a good honest business that did a great job installing a car stereo for our family. A $20 part was not needed that I had paid for, so they brought that to my attention and refunded the charge. Very cool.
I recently had a new car stereo system installed in my 2001 Chevy Silverado, and the experience was outstanding. The team was extremely professional, and the quality of their work shows it.
