Our building's fire alarm has been going off for 6+ hours, with the NY Fire Department saying there is nothing they can do upon their 3rd visit, and only Progressive Alarm Company can fix it because it's an installation issue. Progressive Alarm hasn't responded to dozens of calls or emails from our building's tenants. Awful experience, awful company - avoid.
I highly suggest progressive alarm co for any fire alarm needs. They were cooperative and finished on time.
