I just met with Aileen and Kingston, and they were awesome. Caleb is coming out to maintenance my minisplits and Aileen is sending a quote for an additional minisplit that we want. I called over two weeks ago and asked to schedule a visit to get an estimate for AC installation. They couldn't schedule a time then but a couple of days later they called back and scheduled a visit for today at 1PM. I came home early for the appointment and waited an hour but no one showed up. When I called them again, they denied that they had scheduled a time with me, and said their next available time is in 3 weeks.
