Ruth and her team are the best because they spend quality time with each patient, working hands-on (rather than relying on fancy machines) for the fastest and best recovery possible. They have helped me through a shattered ankle and tendonitis causing pain in my upper arm/shoulders and elbows. They have a program which allows you to come back and use their gym after treatment is done so you stay strong and have access to them for advice and exercise ideas. Love them!
