My first visit to Progression was great. After hearing all I had to share about my Dr. visits, and the attempts I had made to improve my mobility and pain, Nick MacDonald assessed my knee and provided me with a wealth of information and took great care in determining what would best help me to move forward. I always thought I had to get a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist and found out that wasn't the case. I have been seeing Kathrine since an accident in 2020. She listens and always has a plan to move forward. Recently another issue has arisen, but she is spot on and implementing a treatment plan and helping me with exercises. Thank you Katherine!!
