Such an amazing clinic. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I have Carey Jones to thank for helping me throughout the last year while I was waiting for a hip replacement and now rehabilitating it! He has been a remarkable help to me and I am truly grateful for having him navigate this process with me.
James, my therapist was knowledgeable, thorough and a gentleman. I would love to see him again but not until the organization he works for will submit the bill to both of my insurance companies. Other facilities willingly submit to both BLUE CROSS and Manulife but not this facility. I will go elsewhere for this reason only. UPDATE, the facility manager called and stated that their revised policy would allow for billing to both my insurance providers. I will now revise my review from a 2 star to a healthy 5 star. Cheers.
