This gym is new in Rutland. It is really clean and has what I need. It is simply easy to get in and out of. I have never been a gym person, until now. Scott coached me through using the equipment. The hardest part is walking in the first day. You can go and see if it is for you, with no pressure to join.

I'm very self-conscious about my body and I wanted to go somewhere and get into better shape. The owner made me feel very comfortable, no easy task, and he showed me how to use the machines properly. I will definitely continue with this gym. It may not be 24/7 but I think the hours are reasonable as the price is to. If you're new to working out, like me, talk to the owner and tell him what you're looking to do and he will guide you and show you how to properly use the machines and what to expect. He is very helpful.

This is a great new place to workout! Equipment is in good condition and has plenty of space to feel comfortable. Scott is very knowledgeable of the equipment and it's usage. Love it!
