This hospital made our er experience much more tolerable. The physician was kind understanding and supportive. The whole staff is great. Very impressive
Progress west ER in O'Fallon has amazing staff.. They talk with you, not at you and treat you like a human not a profit. I'm sure my bill will be heavy, but atleast it is going to decent human beings. Security was on it, but so helpful to the elderly, registration assistant was kind, vital assistant eh, triage was proficient, my lab EMT was amazing, radiology was great, my nurse was great and my physician was so kind I wish she had a private practice. Thank you everyone on ER and L. Jones, APN, my RN, front desk Terry for ice packs, etc. We got long line, but they still provided us all possible and tests to rule out all possible problems first for best treatments and well healings before releasing us and explained everything so clear and less invasive first. I would be back if I need again, also highly recommended this place to others. I wish I could move avg rating to 4.9. Thank you so much 💓 💗
