The children’s ER staff here is absolutely incredible. They are so quick to jump in and make sure your child is comfortable. If you need to bring your kid to the ER, I would highly suggest this one! Dr. Heidi is truly one of a kind.
This emergency room is horrible . I came in today for dizziness , short of breath and blacking out and was placed in lobby for over 6 hours and was ignored. Everyone else was getting blood work and going back besides me . I am unable to walk due to the dizziness and was placed in a wheelchair and haven’t been checked on. I believe it’s because of my race . I have never been treated like this a day in my life .
One of the worst hospitals I’ve been to.
Let me start with most of the staff were very pleasant in the ED, front desk understood when I couldn’t remember my social and let my husband do most of the name, birthday type questions, triage nurse and medic were so incredibly sweet but it seemed disorganized. I came in with a possible concussion (head injury) w/ tightness in my chest and pain and numbness down my left arm which was constant and only getting worse. This hospital made our er experience much more tolerable. The physician was kind understanding and supportive. The whole staff is great. Very impressive
