Waited in emergency room for 5 hours to be seen by a dr. Was told there was only 1 dr on duty so worst cases got treated first. We were told they hoped we would get seen before 7am(we got there at 7pm). We went home at midnight without being seen.
I have nothing but positive things to say about progress west! From the check in desk, the guy who takes vitals, to the nurses and the AMAZING children’s doctor (red hair lady) we have always had a great experience! We have been through one broken arm and 2 Roy ds of stitches (2 separate kids) Is the wait long… yes but it’s an ER idk what ppl expect! Thank you to all the staff at progress west!!!!
Went in for a sudden onset migraine, got immediately taken for a ct then sat in the waiting room for over 3hrs. Walked out AMA and never received the CT results. This was the 3rd time something similar has happened.
Waited a total of 7 hours for my mom to be seen. They could of told us there was a 7 hour wait! Why only have 1 doctor in a hospital in O'Fallon where there's thousands of people? Not to mention the place was filthy. We won't be going back here.
